With ski and snowboard season just around the corner, the Vail Gymnastics Center is offering trampoline classes and open gym as an opportunity to prepare for the winter. Trampoline class hours vary and include instruction for ages six and older on basic trampoline safety to perfecting ski and snowboard tricks. Open gym takes place from 8 to 9 p.m. on Mondays providing an alternative method to get into shape.

On Thursdays, beginning Sept. 22, from 4:15 to 5 p.m. dance enthusiasts ages four and five can enjoy Dancin’ Fun, a class of creative movement, ballet and tap dance for preschoolers. Dancers ages six to ten can have fun in Stepin’ Out a 60-minute class that includes basic ballet, tap and jazz dancing. The Never Too Late class, from 6:15 p.m. to 7 p.m., is a traditional ballet practice with bar, stretching and floorwork that welcomes any ballet-lover ages pre-teen to adult.
